The Role
This is a pivotal role which will shape and drive the company’s global growth strategy by developing the brand, marketing, communications and international commercial functions.
It’s an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to identify new opportunities, adapt to global market trends, and deliver impactful strategies that elevate presence and delivers tangible commercial growth within the UK & Ireland and internationally.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and international growth strategies to expand the client base and achieve business objectives.

Oversee all aspects of the brand, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Monitor global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and business development.

Lead the development of strategic marketing plans, including multi-channel campaigns, content creation, and product launches tailored to domestic and international audiences.

Direct appropriate cross-cultural public relations, social media messaging, and stakeholder communications.

Plan and manage calendars of campaigns and events, universally. Be responsible for new product development reviews, initiatives and launch programmes.

Oversight and development of web site and platform, critical especially in world market development, outreach and positioning.

Create strategies for engaging and nurturing key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across marketing, international business, and external partnerships.

Provide regular performance reviews, growth opportunities, and coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Set and manage annual and quarterly performance targets for marketing and international sales initiatives.
The Person​

Proven experience in a senior marketing or business development role with a strong focus on international markets.

Expertise in the foodservice and hospitality sectors would be beneficial.

Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to analyse global markets, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and external stakeholders.

IT literacy, proficiency in CRM systems, financial and budgeting processes and performance reporting.

Organised, decisive, and agile, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
