The Role
The Company
A global manufacturer of a range of equipment products supplied to the Foodservice channel with factories in several worldwide regions. As well as expertly designed and manufactured equipment they offer turnkey project services meaning they can offer the customer a complete solution, managed in full, from cradle to grave. They supply some of the best recognised global QSR and foodservice brands and have won multiple supplier awards for the service and value they provide.
The Role
Supporting a key group of strategic QSR accounts, this is a multi-faceted role supporting with the overall direction, coordination, execution and control of the installations and other specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

On site attendance to oversee installations and deliveries ensuring minimal issues for both the business and the customer

Attendance at key customer events as the company representative if requested

Work with the admin team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth ordering process with the aim of deliveries being on time in full

Support with admin including projects, resupply quotes/orders, warranty, stock queries, overdues, obsolete/slow moving stock

Liaise with service agents in market to deal with warranty claims

Provide weekly visit reports detailing any outcomes/opportunities/challenges

Check all commercials on quotes/orders and ensure correct pricing/mark ups are being used

Promote the use of the company online platform for customers to order online

Attend sites during new store installations and remodels

Role will initially cover the UK market but may expand into other markets to support growth
The Person
This role requires a proactive approach to build customer relationships, maintain market share and promote the online offering along with delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations. We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who is able to organise and prioritise a diverse workload made up of project management and internal administration processing.

Good understanding of processes/procedures with defined deadlines, a good level of understanding of technical drawings, adequate numerical and verbal skills to understand and present projects internally and externally

Driven, results orientated, positive, enjoy being a team player and be able work to tight deadlines

Flexible around travel. Position will be based in UK but customer focussed travel will be required (sometimes at short notice) and also travel to the Head Office in the Midlands and/or Europe for meetings etc.

Experience of working within a Design House or Foodservice Consultant would be beneficial.

Experience of working within QSR or with QSR customers (supplier, restaurant or service agent) would also be an advantage.

High level of IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Able to interpret design drawings
