The Role

This brand-new role provides an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to grow and establish themselves and the business within the marketplace.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing distributor partners.

  • Building an in-depth knowledge of the product range and promoting them with the highest level of expertise across your territory.

  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and market pricing.

  • Maintain regular contact with your line manager and update on activity.

  • Report activity back into the business via various software/media.

  • Visit existing distributors as well as support their sales teams across your territory.

  • Proactively engage with new and existing clients and distributors to identify and help qualify new opportunities across the client base.

  • Attend and present at various sector-relevant exhibitions & meetings.

  • Develop an awareness and provide feedback on trends within the Horeca sector.

  • Liaise with internal departments where necessary to ensure new opportunities and existing clients are managed appropriately.

  • Support Distributors’ Showroom Space, ensuring the latest launches are displayed and updated.

The person

The successful candidate will be:

  • An experienced Sales Manager with knowledge of the HoReCa distribution channel ideally from the manufacturer/importer level.

  • Living within the Territory with a full driving licence and willing the travel throughout the Territory and to the UK.

  • Possess excellent listening, solution selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Be able to work autonomously and take accountability for your own performance.

  • Be keen and passionate about the HoReCa sector, ideally with a focus on Tabletop.

  • Be comfortable dealing with all levels of management both internally & externally.

  • Highly motivated and well-organised, with a passion for success and the ability to prioritise workloads. The ability to be a self-starter and work independently with little or direct supervision.

  • Be an accomplished planner with strong organisational skills, and excellent diary management with the flexibility to cover a large territory and stay away from home as required.

  • Possess high standards of professionalism and personal ethics.
