The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team and drive growth across Northern and Southern Ireland. Ireland is a key region and came in well over budget last year, with huge potential to continue growing with a dedicated salesperson in territory. Progression beyond this role would be Country Manager.

Build positive relationships with existing dealers within the territory.

Gain opportunities to work with new dealers to grow sales.

Gain specification for the brand portfolio within new regional key account opportunities.

Develop excellent knowledge of the product brands.

Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote the brands.

Keep all CSR records updated on a regular basis with accurate and relevant information.

Be a great team player as well as a hard-working individual, contributing to a winning team

The Person​

Experience in the foodservice equipment or related industry.

A culinary background would be beneficial.

Proven track record of sales growth and account management.

Knowledge of the Ireland region and its foodservice distributors.

Ability to map out your sales landscape, devise and implement a strategy to drive continuous growth and maximise all opportunities.

Ability to sell high-value equipment solutions by highlighting the benefits they deliver to customers.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to train distributor sales teams on equipment brands through demonstration and product support.

Ability to motivate, focus and interact with team members in a professional and structured manner.

High standards of personal administration and time management.

Full and clean Driving License.
