The commercial foodservice equipment division offers a range of premium quality products including cooking, warewash, refrigeration and coffee solutions to professional foodservice operators. This is a rapidly-growing and forward thinking business which offers staff great benefits and a friendly and professional work environment.

The Job

This is an excellent opportunity for someone based in Northern England or Scotland to drive continued growth through a network of distribution partners.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business through a network of catering distributors

  • Maintaining regular personal contact with professional customers, identifying customer needs, and ensuring comprehensive servicing of accounts.

  • Building strong and lasting business relationships.

  • Preparing annual business development plans to increase distribution of Equipment products across your region.

  • Demonstrating and training clients on the product ranges

  • Attendance at trade events, conferences and seminars.

  • Keeping abreast of market trends and conditions and feeding these back to colleagues internally.

  • A proven track record in selling professional foodservice, beverage or related equipment or products.

  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.

  • Industry knowledge and a passion for the wider foodservice industry

  • Able to ask questions and fact-find in order to present equipment solutions to best suit your client.

  • Good business and market awareness.

  • Well organised and able to plan and manage an extensive region, maximising the sales opportunities across your area.
