Our client is a globally recognised market-leading manufacturer of a range of premium foodservice equipment solutions sold across the HoReCa and Institutional catering sectors. The Role
This newly created role will play a key role in supporting the sales and commercial teams working within the Education & Healthcare sectors by delivering expert culinary support across education and healthcare environments.
The role includes delivering live and virtual cooking demonstrations while training chefs, kitchen staff, and distributors on equipment use. You will support sales teams by influencing purchasing decisions and attending client meetings, trade shows, and strategic planning sessions.
A key part of the role is assisting clients with menu development, with a strong focus on compliance, cost efficiency, and maximising equipment capabilities. You will provide tailored culinary support to education and healthcare sectors, ensuring nutritional standards and regulatory compliance are met.
You will build strong relationships with clients, offering bespoke training and post-installation support to ensure smooth equipment integration. Collaboration with product and R&D teams is also required to share market insights, influence innovation, and stay ahead of culinary and regulatory trends.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven background as an Executive or Senior Chef in commercial kitchens, with deep knowledge of catering equipment and operations

Strong understanding of public sector foodservice, including School Food Standards and NHS catering guidelines

Experience training and mentoring kitchen teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with both culinary and non-culinary stakeholders

Ability to translate technical product features into practical culinary benefits to support sales and client engagement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

Preferred experience supporting B2B foodservice, equipment rollouts in schools or healthcare settings, and knowledge of dietary requirements and sustainable kitchen practices
