The Role

The Company

Our client is a globally recognised market-leading manufacturer of a range of premium foodservice equipment solutions sold across the HoReCa and Institutional catering sectors. They are highly professional and positive employer which offers structured career development and progression. The culture is customer-focused and collaborative with colleagues supporting one another.

The Role

This is a varied and exciting new role which will play a pivotal role in supporting key national customers by delivering high-level culinary demonstrations and technical expertise across multi-site portfolios.

The role involves delivering live and virtual cooking demonstrations while training chefs, kitchen staff, and distributors on equipment use. You will support sales teams by influencing purchasing decisions and attending client meetings, trade shows, and strategic planning sessions.

You will assist clients with menu development, recipe creation, and operational efficiencies across national account portfolios. A core element of the role is building strong relationships with chefs, food & beverage managers, and procurement teams, providing tailored demonstrations and post-installation support.

You will collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to provide market feedback and help shape future equipment innovations. Staying informed on culinary trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability practices is essential to drive commercial opportunities.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Chef in commercial kitchens, with strong knowledge of catering equipment and operations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and train kitchen teams effectively

  • Experience translating technical product features into clear culinary and operational benefits across various sectors

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

  • Preferred experience supporting B2B foodservice environments, multi-site equipment rollouts, and sustainability-focused kitchen practices
