National Account Manager - Hotels

Central London (Showroom) with regular UK travel

Salary:

Up to £60,000 basic plus bonus and benefits

The Role

The Company

An established and highly respected supplier of premium tabletop and food presentation solutions, partnering with many of the UK's leading hotels, restaurants and luxury hospitality brands.

With a reputation for quality, innovation and exceptional customer service, the business continues to experience sustained growth and is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a National Account Manager to lead the development of its Hotels sector.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial development of the Hotels sector, building long-term relationships with premium hotel groups and identifying new business opportunities across the UK.

Working in a consultative sales environment, you'll be responsible for selling a range of premium tabletop products designed for the premium Hospitality sector. You will be engaging end user clients to understand their operation, challenges and needs and will be presenting a solution to suit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing existing customer accounts.

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Building relationships with premium and luxury hotel operators.

  • Creating strategic account development plans.

  • Managing opportunities from enquiry through to project completion.

  • Producing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM records.

  • Working collaboratively with sales, design, operations and customer service teams.

  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new commercial opportunities.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality sales professional with a proven track record in both account management and new business development.

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the hospitality sector.

  • Strong account management and business development skills.

  • A consultative, solution-led sales approach.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercial awareness with strong negotiation ability.

  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.

  • Experience working with luxury hospitality operators would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of premium tabletop products or hospitality equipment would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • A professional, motivated and commercially driven approach
