The Role
This is a high-impact sales role responsible for developing and growing the organisation’s presence within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
The successful candidate will leverage an existing network of QSR contacts to introduce and sell a portfolio of equipment, spare parts, and preventative maintenance services. The role plays a key part in building strategic relationships with major QSR brands, franchise groups, and service partners to deliver sustainable sales growth across the wider business.
This is a field-based role with regular UK-wide travel.
Tasks include:

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the QSR channel

Leverage existing relationships within the QSR sector to secure new business opportunities and partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement, operations, and maintenance teams

Deliver sales growth through equipment placements, spare parts supply agreements, and preventative maintenance contracts

Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, service, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer delivery and support

Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with agreed commercial strategy and profitability targets

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and maintain preferred supplier status within the QSR space

Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, activity levels, and performance.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:

A proven track record of sales success within the QSR or foodservice equipment sector

An established network of QSR contacts, including major brands, franchisees, service partners, or procurement leads

Strong understanding of equipment supply, spare parts, and maintenance or service solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

The ability to work autonomously while remaining accountable for performance targets

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
