Products are widely used across the Foodservice & Hospitality, Marine and Education sectors, with the brand recognised for innovation, build quality, sustainability and energy efficiency.

The UK operation includes headquarters in the South alongside manufacturing, innovation and showroom facilities elsewhere in the UK. Products are sold via a network of dedicated catering distributors

The Role

An exciting opportunity for a skilled and commercially driven National Business Development Manager to drive continued sales growth amongst National Group customers, with a clear pathway towards progressing into a General Management position.

The role will focus on developing national foodservice and hospitality accounts whilst identifying and securing new national business opportunities across multi-site operators.

Responsibilities include:

The Person

This role requires a high-calibre, commercially astute sales professional with strong experience within the catering equipment sector and the ambition to progress into a senior leadership role.

Applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience within a national account or senior business development role in the foodservice equipment sector;

• Background working for a manufacturer, importer or branded supplier operating through a distributor network;

• Demonstrable success growing existing national accounts and winning new national business;

• Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills;

• Professional, credible and confident approach when engaging at senior level;

• Commercially analytical and results-driven mindset;

• Highly organised with strong forecasting and pipeline management capability;

• Self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously within a national role;

• Clear leadership potential with ambition to progress into people management.

 

This role offers a clear pathway towards progressing into a General Manager position, taking on increasing responsibility for leadership, coaching and development of the wider sales team, whilst helping shape long-term commercial strategy.
