The Role
The Company
An award-winning design, build and fit-out business specialising in restaurants and commercial kitchen facilities across the UK.
Projects range from supplying individual pieces of equipment through to delivering full turnkey packages and interior design services for clients across high street brands, office environments and B&I food and beverage facilities. The business prides itself on delivering high-quality projects with the same level of care, efficiency and service regardless of project size.
Due to continued growth and a high level of inbound enquiries, the business is looking to expand its sales team with the appointment of an additional Sales Manager
The Role
Working closely with the sales and marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing inbound and outbound leads into live projects, whilst also building and developing key accounts for long-term success.
The role requires confident communication with key decision-makers and technical staff across target organisations, alongside maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting the wider project delivery process.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing leads generated through marketing activity into commercial opportunities and projects;
• Building and developing key accounts for future business growth;
• Engaging confidently with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the company CRM system;
• Acting as the account manager between internal departments including design, estimating, project management and construction teams, alongside the client;
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality projects and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure long-term success within the role
The Person
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
• Keen, eager to learn and motivated to disrupt the market;
• Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to take a client brief and offer effective design-led solutions;
• Comfortable working within a busy team environment;
• Understanding or knowledge of commercial catering equipment and associated works required to equip a commercial kitchen;
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software;
• Professional, motivated and commercially driven approach.
